Three more weeks until take-off

After a hectic period of graduation and rounding off my internship there are three more weeks to arrange stuff for my epic trip to Japan. That is, three and five consecutive days in which I can prepare and pack, split up by a week of tourskiing in Chamonix in between (awesome!).
With an extensive gear- and check list of what to bring, almost all seems in place for departure.
The ticket is still there, the bike including panniers is still there and is now allowed in the airplane, the travelling insurance is now there, the tent is now there, a proper camera is now there and only some relatively minor, random stuff is still missing. Also, a cycling companion for the last month has confirmed his presence and booked his flights. All in all, a lot of good stuff.
Will keep you posted with a more detailed plan for the first few weeks, although the plan is also to live the basic life without too much planning-hassle so maybe the update will not be a majorly informative.
